What is DPDP Manager’s relationship with DSCI?
DPDP Manager is not DSCI (Data Security Council of India) and does not claim to be. We are a DSCI Channel Partner — DSCI-credentialed certifications, including DCPP, DCPLA, and DCDPO, are delivered to learners through us as an authorised delivery channel.
Are the certifications recognised outside DPDP Manager?
Yes. DCPP, DCPLA, and DCDPO are DSCI credentials — the certificate you earn is issued under DSCI’s name, not just ours, which is what makes it portable across employers.
What’s the refund or cancellation policy for a certification program?
Cancellation and refund terms are set per program and shown at checkout before you pay. If you’ve already enrolled and have a question about your specific case, contact support and we’ll walk you through it.
Is the AI Privacy Assistant or compliance technology suite available yet?
Not yet — it’s on our roadmap and shown on the homepage as a coming-soon pillar. Every other pillar linked from this site’s navigation (certifications, careers, enterprise services, community) is real and working today.
Is community membership free?
Yes. Creating a member profile and browsing the community directory doesn’t cost anything — it’s open to anyone building a career in data privacy.
