By using this site or enrolling in any programme through it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our service, and our relationship with DSCI
DPDP Manager is a DSCI Channel Partner, not DSCI (Data Security Council of India) itself. Certifications advertised on this site (DCPP, DCPLA, DCDPO) are DSCI credentials delivered to you through us as an authorised delivery channel.
Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to use this site lawfully, and not to attempt to access staff-only or another user’s account or data.
Payments and refunds
Programme fees, payment terms, and cancellation/refund policy are shown at checkout before you pay, and may vary by programme.
Intellectual property
All course material, site content, and the DPDP Manager name and mark belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute course material without permission.
Limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
